Education and Experience:

1. Four year degree in Marketing or related field and 3-5 years experience

Skills and Abilities:

1. Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills
2. Ability to work with limited supervision
3. Computer literate with a high level of accuracy
4. Must be able to travel as needed
5. Must be able to multi-task effectively
6. Must be able to solve problems and work as part of a team




职位职责:


1.Obtains and evaluates market research information on a continuing basis relative to company and competitive products.

2.Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives, including satisfactory profit margin and market share.

3.Recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy.

4.Locates new sales opportunities by visiting both new and existing customers.

5.Develop Sales forecast.

6.Works with personnel at all levels, including company and customer procurement and engineering groups.

7.Make customer presentations and solicit RFQs, working closely with the General Manager to prepare quotations for sale of our products.

8.Hire and supervise additional sales force, as required.

9.Assists in developing sales manuals, advertising materials, as needed, to achieve brand awareness.

10.Prepares periodic reports identifying current sales volumes, potential sales volumes and potential sales markets/channels.
